Location

Despite it's apparently remote location, Dale is surprisingly easy to get to. From the Midlands, Southern England and South Wales, the easiest route is via the M4 which ends at Carmarthen and joins the A40 to Haverfordwest. From there take the B4327 to Dale.

Visitors from Northern England and North Wales may prefer the coastal route through Aberystwyth and  Fishguard to Haverfordwest.

Allenbrook makes an ideal base for touring. St Davids, Solva, Tenby, Saundersfoot, and Pembroke are easy day-trips. As well as Marloes Sands, West Dale and Watwick beaches which are close by, there are also the attractive coastal villages of Littlehaven, Broadhaven, Nolton Haven and Newgale within a short drive.
